How This Heat Pump Service Works
Start with a short enquiry telling us about your heat pump, your heating system and anything you're unhappy with.
One of our heat pump experts will then arrange a short video call to understand your system, any problems you're experiencing and what you'd like to improve whether that's lower bills, warmer rooms or simply knowing your system is set up properly.
If you're happy to proceed, we'll arrange your Service Plus assessment.
If you don't already have a suitable room-by-room heat loss calculation, we'll complete one as part of your first-year assessment at no extra cost.
That gives us the information we need to assess your radiators, flow temperature and system performance properly rather than guessing.

Where we find something worth improving whether that's a setting costing you money, a blocked filter, an underperforming radiator or another system issue we'll explain exactly what we've found and what we'd recommend doing about it.
Where appropriate, we can provide a price for the work, but you're never under any obligation to use us. You're welcome to use your own plumber or electrician, and we'll provide them with the technical information they need.
Getting Your Heat Pump Running as Efficiently as Possible
Heat pumps generally become more efficient as flow temperatures come down.
Using your property's heat loss alongside the heating system you actually have installed, we'll work out the lowest practical flow temperature your home can run at while still keeping you comfortably warm.
We'll also show you how to use your heat pump efficiently day to day, so you're not left trying to work it out yourself.
Direct Engineer Support Throughout the Year
As a Service Plus member, you'll have access to our technical support team Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.
For urgent problems raised during those hours, we aim to respond within one working hour.
Wherever possible, we'll help diagnose problems remotely. If somebody needs to attend your property, we'll help establish what's likely to be wrong and what needs to happen next.
You can use your own local engineer if you prefer we're happy to work alongside them and provide the technical information they need.
Ready for Winter
Your annual service will normally be arranged before the main heating season, typically around September or October.
We'll run the system in heating mode, check the wider heating system, review your settings and deal with anything we identify while there's still time to do something about it.
The aim is simple: get your heat pump ready before you actually need it not discover a problem during the first cold week of winter.
